Extends the Chronic Weight Management and Type 2 Diabetes Task Force, originally created by Act 2023-260 in the 2023 Regular Session to study health implications of chronic weight management and type 2 diabetes

Task force was previously extended once in 2025 through Act 2025-79 and requires an additional year to complete its recommendations

Final report of findings and recommendations must be submitted to the Speaker of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and appropriate committee chairs by November 1, 2026

Task force will be automatically dissolved upon filing its final report

Task force must provide the Secretary of State with meeting notices, member names, and copies of all documents produced throughout its duration
