Establishes a joint session of the Alabama Legislature at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, in the House of Representatives Chamber at the Alabama State Capitol to hear a message from Governor Kay Ivey

Creates a six-member escort committee consisting of three Senators appointed by the Presiding Officer of the Senate and three Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House

Escort committee will formally wait upon Governor Ivey, advise her of the joint session, and accompany her to the House Chamber for her address
