Recognizes the Montgomery Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated for its Founders Day celebration on February 28, 2026

Honors Cheryl W. Turner, International President and Chair of the Board of Directors, who was elected to the sorority's highest office on July 12, 2025 in Washington, D.C.

Turner served as Southern Regional Director from 2011 to 2016, overseeing 215 chapters and approximately 25,000 active members in the sorority's largest region

Turner retired from the State of Mississippi after 30+ years in senior-level health care administration, supervising more than 200 employees and managing a $5,000,000 annual budget
