Restructures the Alabama Behavior Analyst Licensing Board to become the Behavior Analyst Advisory Board under the Department of Mental Health

Renames the Alabama Massage Therapy Licensing Board to Alabama Massage Advisory Council under the Alabama Department of Public Health, effective October 1, 2027

Includes HB182, which would require the health department to accept military education or training as credit toward EMS licensure
