YLOC was founded in January 2024 to provide young girls with workshops, cultural activities, and events focused on personal growth, leadership development, civic engagement, and etiquette training

Program aims to instill values of character, poise, grace, sophistication, and purpose while equipping participants with skills and confidence for successful lives
