Coached football and basketball at Wilson Hall High School in Grove Hill, becoming the winningest football coach in Wilson Hall High history

After integration, coached basketball at Clarke County High School and led the team to its first sub-state playoff in school history

Coach Horn passed away in 2006; the resolution formally recognizes and commends his legacy of service and impact on student-athletes
