Dedicated more than 30 years teaching at John Will Elementary School in Mobile before retiring

Active member of Delaware Street Missionary Baptist Church, serving as Church Clerk and on the Usher and Trustee Boards

Survived by fiancé James Gardner, sons Marcus and Antonio Coleman, daughter-in-law Nina Sharp, eight grandchildren, and numerous siblings and extended family members
