Increases the additional expense allowance for Montgomery County sheriffs who have served two consecutive full terms from $20,000 to $70,000 per year, paid from the county general fund

Raises the annual salary for Montgomery County sheriffs with two or more consecutive full terms from $175,000 to $225,000, effective beginning the next term of office

Expense allowance is in addition to all other compensation and benefits, and may count toward retirement contributions

Expense allowance provision expires at the end of the term of the sheriff serving on August 1, 2023, or upon a vacancy in office

Effective date is the first day of the first month following passage
