Adopts and incorporates general and permanent laws from the 2025 Regular Session into the Code of Alabama 1975 through 2025 Cumulative Supplements to Volumes 3-22A and local law volumes 22B-22N

Makes six technical corrections to existing code sections, including fixing internal citation errors, updating age references from 19 to 21 years, correcting typographical errors, and fixing an incorrect agency reference from Department of Finance to Department of Transportation

Designates this adoption as a continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975 under Section 85 of the Alabama Constitution of 2022

Specifies that the act does not repeal, amend, or affect any statutes enacted during the 2026 legislative session

Requires the Secretary of State to receive custody of the authenticated 2025 Cumulative Supplement volumes, maintain them in office, and certify portions upon request for the standard fee
