Creates the Office of Occupational and Professional Licensing within the Alabama Department of Workforce to provide centralized oversight and administration of certain occupational and professional licensing boards

Secretary of Workforce appoints an executive director who controls board records, processes license applications, sets administrative fees, issues licenses, conducts investigations, and collects all fees and fines

Establishes the Occupational and Professional Licensing Fund in the State Treasury to collect and disburse all board revenues for implementing the chapter and performing board functions

Board members receive $100 per diem for meetings and official functions, with meetings held in Montgomery unless the executive director approves an alternative location

Amends the Alabama Sunset Law to allow the Sunset Committee to recommend transferring agencies to the new office, requiring 60 days written notice to correct issues before any transfer recommendation
