Amends Section 45-37-233 (Pistol Permit Reduction Act of 1999) to add a five-year pistol permit option for Jefferson County residents at $37.50

Maintains the existing one-year permit fee at $7.50, with distribution to the retirement system ($4.50), Sheriff's Fund ($0.50), and Legislative Delegation Office Fund ($2.50)

Five-year permit fees distributed to the county treasurer in the same proportions as one-year permits

Funds exceeding $120,000 in the Legislative Delegation Office Fund distributed to county public school systems on a pro rata basis by student enrollment for school operations and security
