Designates all Governor's Mansion Authority employees as members of the unclassified service under the Merit System Act by amending Section 41-9-548 of the Code of Alabama

Employees employed as of the effective date receive payment for accumulated leave upon separation from service

Employees hired after the effective date receive accumulated leave payment only to the extent generally provided to unclassified Merit System employees under State Personnel Department rules

Named the "Sarah Caldwell Crosby Act" and takes effect immediately upon passage
