Requires private health benefit plans to cover influenza vaccines and administration costs when given by licensed health care providers, including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists

Prohibits insurers from denying coverage based on vaccination location, including physician offices, hospitals, pharmacies, community health clinics, and school-based clinics

Mandates Alabama Medicaid to cover influenza vaccinations for all beneficiaries without cost-sharing, prior authorization, or site-of-service restrictions

Preserves the right of individuals, parents, and legal guardians to accept or decline vaccinations; does not affect existing school immunization requirements or exemptions
