Proposes a constitutional amendment to Section 152 of the Alabama Constitution of 2022 to change how associate justices of the Alabama Supreme Court and appellate court judges are elected

Beginning with the 2028 General Election, associate justices and appellate judges would be elected by district rather than statewide, with districts determined by the Legislature

All other judges would continue to be elected by voters within the territorial jurisdiction of their respective courts under existing rules

Requires voter approval through a statewide ballot measure conducted in accordance with Sections 284 and 285 of the Alabama Constitution
