Prohibits classroom instruction or discussions related to gender identity or sexual orientation for all public school students in prekindergarten through twelfth grade, expanding current law which only applies to kindergarten through fifth grade

Bans public preK-12 teachers and education employees from displaying flags or insignia relating to sexual orientation or gender identity in classrooms or on school property

Prohibits public preK-12 teachers and education employees from intentionally addressing students by pronouns or titles inconsistent with the student's biological sex at birth

Removes the existing "age appropriate or developmentally appropriate" exception that currently allows some instruction when in accordance with state standards

Effective date: July 1, 2026
