Permits lawsuits seeking injunctive relief to block rules or practices that limit CHOOSE Act students' athletic participation, as well as retaliation against participants or punishment for complying with court orders

Establishes favorable legal standards for plaintiffs, including conclusive presumption of irreparable harm and automatic satisfaction of public interest requirements when sufficient evidence of discrimination is presented

Allows recovery of actual economic damages for violations within a two-year statute of limitations, plus reasonable attorney fees for prevailing CHOOSE Act participants

Takes effect immediately upon passage and applies to violations regardless of when the alleged discriminatory action occurred
