Expands approved epinephrine forms from only auto-injectors to any FDA-approved single-dose premeasured epinephrine delivery system used to prevent or treat life-threatening allergic reactions

Amends three Alabama Code sections (16-1-39, 16-1-48, 22-1-16) governing student self-administration, school stocking, and authorized entity use of epinephrine

Authorized entities include recreation camps, colleges, day care facilities, youth sports leagues, amusement parks, restaurants, workplaces, and sports arenas

Maintains existing liability protections for schools, authorized entities, physicians, pharmacists, and trained personnel who administer epinephrine in good faith

Effective date: October 1, 2026
