Proposes an amendment to the Alabama Constitution of 2022 requiring local boards of education to adopt policies mandating weekly broadcast or performance of the first stanza of The Star-Spangled Banner during school hours in all public K-12 schools

Recordings must be selected from versions archived and available on the Library of Congress website

Schools may alternatively allow live performances using original sheet music from the Library of Congress by school-sanctioned band programs, choral programs, vocal groups, or individual vocalists

Requires voter approval through a statewide election, becoming part of the constitution upon majority approval by qualified electors
