Amends the Alabama Memorial Preservation Act of 2017 to require government entities that raze memorial buildings to maintain the original name on any replacement structure, park, or green space, or erect a marker memorializing the person or event

Changes waiver petition outcomes so that if the Committee on Alabama Monument Protection fails to act within 90 days, the waiver is deemed denied (previously would have been deemed granted)

Increases violation penalties from a one-time $25,000 fine to $5,000 per day the violation continues until full restoration is completed

Authorizes the Attorney General to commence civil actions to enjoin threatened or continuing violations of the preservation requirements
