Amends the selection committee for Marshall County's voting tabulator custodian to include the presiding circuit judge (as chair), judge of probate, circuit clerk, sheriff, and presiding district judge, replacing the previous members (senior circuit judge, tax collector, and county judge)

Increases the custodian's annual salary from $8,900 to $27,000 effective July 1, 2026, with the Marshall County Commission authorized to approve additional raises beginning June 1, 2028

Expands the required performance bond from $10,000 to $20,000 before the custodian can begin duties

Specifies 12 detailed custodian responsibilities including testing tabulators against manufacturer specifications, installing paper rolls, sealing units, conducting public tests, overseeing equipment delivery and pickup, supporting ADA equipment, and attending recounts

Becomes effective June 1, 2026
