Prohibits all slap fighting matches, contests, or exhibitions in Alabama, defining slap fighting as unarmed combat where opponents take turns slapping each other in the face without moving or defending themselves

Authorizes the Attorney General to bring civil actions seeking injunctions, restraining orders, or other relief against persons violating the Alabama Unarmed Combat Act

Establishes Class C felony penalties for managers, promoters, matchmakers, or licensees who knowingly violate the act, and for commission members or employees who violate certain provisions

Creates Class B misdemeanor penalties for professional boxers, wrestlers, MMA competitors, and other fighters who knowingly violate the act, with additional civil fines up to $25,000 plus up to 15% of the purse for certain violations
