Expands public K-12 schools' sole authority to select media organizations for broadcasting sporting events from regular season only to include all post-season events, playoffs, and championships

Prohibits individuals, firms, corporations, or associations from interfering with or restricting media organizations' ability to cover K-12 sporting events, subject to school approval

Expands the definition of "broadcast" to include photographs in addition to video and audio transmissions

Grants each school contracting authority for broadcast rights covering both regular season and post-season sporting events
