Amends Section 9-12-125 of the Code of Alabama to allow state residents holding certain existing seafood licenses or permits (under Sections 9-12-82, 9-12-87, 9-12-93, 9-12-113, or 9-12-124) to purchase a seafood dealer license for a reduced fee of $265, instead of the standard $465 fee for Alabama residents

Standard seafood dealer license fees remain $465 for Alabama residents (domiciled for more than one continuous year) and $730 for nonresidents, with reciprocity provisions for states charging Alabama residents higher fees

Requires $200 from each seafood dealer license fee to be remitted annually to the nonprofit Sweet Grown Alabama for promotion of state seafood products

Applies retroactively to any license issued under Section 9-12-125 on or after October 1, 2025, with immediate effective date upon enactment
