Encourages Alabama's four specialty public high schools to form a consortium for collaboration, partnerships, and information sharing: Alabama School of Fine Arts, Alabama School of Math and Science, Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering, and Alabama School of Healthcare Sciences (opening fall 2026)

Recommends school staff leaders and administrators meet at least annually at the various specialty school campuses to share best practices and coordinate advocacy

Schools focus on specialized curricula including arts, STEM, cyber technology, healthcare sciences, and workforce preparation

Resolution is non-binding encouragement from the Legislature, not a mandate
