School districts and public charter schools must maintain websites and post all required reports by September 1, 2014, including information mandated by law to be reported to the General Assembly, Department of Education, Department of Higher Education, or other agencies.

School districts shall make easily identifiable on their websites current comprehensive financial data, personnel policies, board meeting minutes, budgets, salary schedules, and contract information (excluding social security numbers, phone numbers, and personal addresses).

The State Board of Education shall cite school district failures to comply with website posting requirements as violations of the Standards for Accreditation and include such failures in the district's annual report.

School districts must post actual data for the two previous school years and projected budgeted information for the current school year for all required financial information.

Education service cooperatives may maintain school district websites, and the Department of Education shall provide direct links on its website to all Arkansas school district websites and education service cooperative websites.
