Requires the Department of Workforce Services to conduct biweekly interviews with unemployment benefit claimants to monitor work search efforts and continued eligibility for benefits.

Each biweekly interview must include a review of the claimant's work search efforts during the preceding two-week period and a discussion of their plans for finding work in the upcoming two-week period.

Makes a claimant's attendance and participation in the biweekly interviews a factor that the director must consider when determining eligibility or disqualification for benefits, along with documentation of work search efforts.

Requires the director to promulgate regulations to implement the biweekly interview requirements.

Makes various technical corrections to Arkansas Code § 11-10-507, including replacing "individual" with "claimant" throughout the unemployment benefits eligibility statute.
