Appropriates $1,750,000 from the Miscellaneous Revolving Fund for payment of claims to surviving spouses and dependent children of deceased law enforcement and correctional officers killed in the line of duty, and for payment of small controversial and non-controversial claim awards

Specifies that employment compensation claim awards must be processed through the State Mechanized Payroll System rather than distributed as warrants, effective July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012
