Appropriates $57,001,103 for the Department of Human Services - Division of Aging and Adult Services for fiscal year 2011-2012, including regular salaries ($9,508,621), extra help ($120,434), and operating expenses.

Authorizes a maximum of 204 regular employees and 18 temporary or part-time employees for the division.

Appropriates $3,000,000 for Meals on Wheels Program transportation services for the elderly.

Provides $70,000 for Arkansas Senior Olympics matching funds and $20,000 for Ms. Senior Pageant expenses, both from the Aging and Adult Services Fund Account.

Establishes funding for nursing home care alternatives, nutrition programs ($11,424,649), senior citizen centers ($6,746,003), and project grants ($14,331,764), with provisions allowing state funds to match federal Title III and Title V Older Americans Act funding.
