Allows any parent in a circuit court case to petition the court to order a criminal records check of the other parent, including a check of the Sex Offender Registry, if there is reasonable cause to suspect criminal conduct relevant to custody or visitation.

The Arkansas Crime Information Center, including the Sex Offender Registry (§ 12-12-901 et seq.), shall be checked by the county sheriff upon court order.

Costs associated with conducting the criminal records check shall be borne by the petitioning party.

Establishes a rebuttable presumption that supervised visitation, if any, with a parent listed on the sex offender registry is in the best interest of the minor child.

Places the burden on the parent listed on the registry to rebut the presumption that supervised visitation is in the child's best interest.
