Amends Arkansas Code § 10-4-305 to allow the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee to require municipal officials responsible for deficiencies to attend relevant training courses provided by the Arkansas Municipal League, Division of Legislative Audit, or other appropriate programs.

The Committee's cochairs shall notify public servants by certified letter of audit findings regarding noncompliance with state fiscal management laws, with 30 days for response.

Authorized training reimbursement covers expenses at state employee rates and mileage according to state travel regulations for in-state travel during official duties.

Reimbursement for training expenses is subject to specific appropriation by the legislature for that purpose.

The Committee shall offer assistance to public servants on actions necessary to achieve compliance with applicable state laws.
