Appropriates $847,200 to the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission for grants to construct and renovate County and District Fairs.

Appropriates $1,000,000 to the Arkansas Forestry Commission for maintenance, renovation, equipment, air tanker contracts, construction, and facility improvements.

Appropriates $180,000 to the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission for show premiums, refunds, and reimbursements for ARSHS Rodeo Association, 4-H Clubs, and FFA Clubs.

Appropriates $10,000,000 for Alternative Fuels Development Grants through the Arkansas Agriculture Department.

All funds must be disbursed in compliance with applicable state purchasing, accounting, budgetary, and fiscal control laws, with effectiveness set for July 1, 2011.
