Consolidates Transitional Employment Assistance Program reporting into a single comprehensive annual program report instead of multiple quarterly progress reports to the Governor and legislative committees.

Requires the Department of Workforce Services to develop targets for program outcomes by July 1 each year and report progress in the comprehensive annual program report rather than by December 10 and June 10.

Changes the deadline for submitting outcome reports to the 45th day after the end of the federal fiscal year, to be sent to the Governor and House and Senate Interim Committee chairs.

Consolidates administrative sanction reports into the comprehensive annual program report, replacing separate biannual reports on sanctioned families and home visit outcomes.

Maintains the requirement that reports include information for the state, each employment opportunity district, and each county, plus all federal reports and committee-requested information.
