Appropriates $250,000 to the Department of Human Services - Division of Aging and Adult Services from the General Improvement Fund for grants supporting senior citizen centers and community-based senior services.

Eligible uses include personal services, operating expenses, construction, renovation, maintenance, equipment purchases, congregate and home-delivered meals, client representation, information and assistance, socialization, adult day care, senior sports, and transportation.

Permits the division to supplement state funds with grants, donations, federal funds, and unobligated cash income to finance project costs, while prohibiting use of maintenance and general operations funds for these purposes.
