Amends Arkansas Code Title 20, Chapter 77, Subchapter 3 to add section 20-77-314 establishing definitions for third-party Medicaid recovery.

Defines "Action" or "Claim" as a complaint, demand letter, or notification to a third party requesting payment for damages related to injury, disease, disability, or death where a third party may be liable.

Defines "Medical assistance recipient" as any person, including minors, for whom the Department of Human Services has paid medical assistance due to injury, disease, or disability, and includes representatives such as parents, guardians, conservators, estates, or survivors.

Defines "Third party" as an individual, entity, or program that is or may be liable to pay all or part of medical assistance expenditures made by the department.
