Amends Arkansas Code Title 7, Chapter 4, Subchapter 1 to add new disclosure requirements for county board of election commissioners members

Requires members to report to the Secretary of State any goods or services sold during the previous calendar year exceeding $1,000 in annual value

Disclosure applies to sales by the member, their spouse, or any business where the member or spouse holds an officer, director, or stockholder position with more than 10% stock ownership

Applies to sales made to state of Arkansas, counties, municipalities, and school district offices, departments, commissions, boards, councils, bureaus, committees, legislative bodies, agencies, or other establishments
