Amends Arkansas Code § 17-42-104(a) to clarify and modify exemptions from real estate licensing requirements under state law

Simplifies language for attorney-in-fact exemption by clarifying they cannot receive or have expectation of receiving fees, commissions, or other consideration directly or indirectly

Adds three new requirements for exemption of corporate officers, partners, and employees acting on real property: acts cannot be performed for special compensation, the entity's primary business must not be real estate related, and services cannot be provided to more than one entity or affiliated entity

Changes grammatical structure throughout from "Any person" to "A person" for consistency and updates references to "this chapter does not apply to:" instead of "The provisions of this chapter shall"

Modifies employee exemption for salaried/hourly workers in leasing activities to use gerunds (e.g., "Delivering" instead of "Delivery of") for grammatical consistency
