Amends Arkansas Code § 6-85-215(d) to require approved institutions of higher education to undertake necessary procedures to collect student consent forms and related information under the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Act.

Institutions must provide collected information to the bureau in a mutually agreed upon electronic format by November 1 of each school year for students awarded state-supported student financial assistance.

Institutions may lose their approved status for receiving scholarship funds if they fail to make a good faith effort to collect the required student forms.

Institutions may also lose approved status if they fail to comply with the data collection and reporting requirements outlined in the amended statute.
