Amends Arkansas Code § 9-27-306(c) to establish concurrent jurisdiction between circuit courts and district courts over juvenile curfew violations

Grants circuit courts concurrent jurisdiction with district courts in any district where the governing body has declared by ordinance that it will address juvenile truancy issues not requiring a family in need of services petition

Allows prosecutors to file family in need of services petitions in circuit court or citations in district court for juvenile curfew violations

Permits district courts to refer juvenile truancy cases to circuit court for prosecutors to file family in need of services petitions when the district court exercises jurisdiction
