Changes Arkansas Code § 28-41-101(b)(2)(A) to require distributees collecting small estates with real property to cause notice of the decedent's death and affidavit filing to be published within 30 days after the affidavit is filed.

Amends Arkansas Code § 28-41-102(d) to require that a distributee must file the affidavit and publish the required notice before transferring or recording real property from a small estate.

Authorizes a distributee to issue a deed of distribution for the decedent's real property as if made by a personal representative.

Requires the distributee to record the deed in the real estate records of the county where the real property is located.
