Amends Arkansas Code § 13-6-404(a) to require that burial furniture exhumed with human skeletal remains be conveyed to direct descendants, recognized Native American tribal groups, or specific churches who claim the remains.

Specifies that burial furniture must accompany human skeletal remains when conveyed to individuals or entities under the relocation provisions.

Amends Arkansas Code § 13-6-405(b) to include burial furniture in the disposal requirements for unclaimed skeletal burial remains, requiring disposition in accordance with existing laws, rules, and regulations for human remains.

Ensures burial furniture associated with exhumed human remains is treated as part of the same conveyance or disposal process as the skeletal remains themselves.
