Adds pet care authority to Arkansas Code § 9-15-205 by allowing courts to direct the care, custody, or control of any animal owned, possessed, leased, kept, or held by either party residing in the household as part of domestic abuse relief.

Enables courts to issue orders regarding pet care during domestic abuse proceedings when a finding of domestic abuse has been made.

Renumbers existing relief provisions, moving the catch-all relief provision from subsection (7) to subsection (8) to accommodate the new pet care provision.

Maintains existing protections including exclusion orders, custody arrangements, support orders, attorney's fees, and contact prohibitions that were already available under the Domestic Abuse Act.

Relief granted under this chapter remains effective for 90 days to 10 years, at the court's discretion, and may be renewed if the threat of domestic abuse still exists.
