Amends Arkansas Code § 6-14-118 to restructure how school districts pay for election costs by categorizing expenses as direct costs or indirect costs instead of the previous reimbursement method.

Direct costs (ballots, polling site expenses, and election officials) are paid by the school district where those costs are incurred.

Indirect costs are the remaining expenses after direct costs are subtracted, and are prorated among school districts based on the number of polling sites open in each district.

School district boards of directors must pay all election costs from the school fund at annual or special elections.

County shall bill each school district for school election costs.
