Requires state agencies to review their administrative rules by January 1, 2012 to determine which rules impact business and industry

Agencies must consider whether impacting rules can be amended to lessen negative effects on business and industry, whether rules are outdated and need updating or repeal, or whether other modifications are appropriate

Agencies must file a report with the Administrative Rules and Regulations Subcommittee of the Legislative Council by February 1, 2012 detailing their review results and any actions taken in response

"Agency" is defined as specified in Arkansas Code § 25-15-202
