Amends Arkansas Code § 17-92-201(a) to modify the membership composition of the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy, which consists of eight members appointed by the Governor for six-year terms.

Requires five members to be experienced pharmacists actively engaged in the practice of pharmacy for the preceding five years, appointed upon advice and recommendation of the Arkansas Pharmacists Association.

Designates one member as a licensed practicing pharmacist from a minority group, appointed by the Governor upon advice and recommendation of the Pharmaceutical Section of the Arkansas Medical, Dental, and Pharmaceutical Association.

Specifies two non-pharmacy members appointed from the state at large subject to Senate confirmation: one consumer representative and one member age sixty or older representing the elderly, both serving as full voting members but not participating in examination grading.

Clarifies that the two non-pharmacy positions shall not be held by the same person.
