AR SB166

Amends Arkansas Code § 25-15-208(a)(7) to modify procedures for serving subpoenas under the Arkansas Administrative Procedures Act.

Authorizes any party to request subpoenas to the same extent as the agency when the agency is authorized by law to issue subpoenas for witness testimony and document production.

Permits subpoenas for hearings or depositions to be served using either the standard civil case service methods or by mail with return receipt requested and delivery restricted to the addressee or agent.
