Amends Arkansas Code § 17-19-210 to allow the Professional Bail Bond Company and Professional Bail Bondsman Licensing Board to impose administrative penalties up to $10,000, either alone or combined with license suspension for up to 12 months.

Establishes four enforcement options for the board when a licensee violates provisions: suspend license up to 12 months, revoke or refuse to continue license, impose administrative penalty up to $10,000, or impose both suspension and penalty together.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 17-19-211, which previously limited administrative penalties to $5,000 as an alternative to suspension or revocation.

Increases the maximum administrative penalty cap from $5,000 to $10,000 and allows the board to impose penalties alongside suspensions rather than only as an alternative remedy.
