Appropriates $3,260,000 for critical maintenance of various state buildings and $1,500,000 for acquisition and maintenance of facilities from the Arkansas Building Authority Real Estate Fund

Appropriates $15,000,000 from the Sustainable Building Design Revolving Loan Fund for loans and loan repayment grants to state agencies for construction and renovation projects
