Appropriates $2,663,140 from the State Central Services Fund for the Auditor of State Operations, including $1,611,118 for regular salaries of 26 employees, $12,713 for extra help, and $1,039,309 for operating expenses, conferences, travel, and capital outlay.

Appropriates $1,156,122 from the State Central Services Fund for the Unclaimed Property Program, including $521,225 for regular salaries of 9 employees and $635,897 for personal services matching and operating expenses.

Appropriates $15,002,500 in cash funds for payment of unclaimed property claims ($15,000,000) and related operating expenses ($2,500).

Appropriates $2,500,500 in cash funds for payment of abandoned mineral proceeds claims ($2,500,000) and operating expenses ($500).

Appropriates $775,000 from the Miscellaneous Revolving Fund for payment of unclaimed property claims, effective July 1, 2011.
