Requires official Court Reporters to prepare transcripts according to Arkansas Supreme Court Rules timelines and mandates immediate notification to their judge and the Arkansas Board of Certified Court Reporter Examiners if deadlines are missed

Establishes that failure to report missed transcript deadlines results in immediate suspension of the Court Reporter's license pending a hearing before the Arkansas Board of Certified Court Reporter Examiners
