Increases the claim threshold amount requiring reporting to the Litigation Reports Oversight Subcommittee from $7,500 to $10,000 to align with Arkansas Code § 19-10-212.

Corrects agency names and terminology throughout Arkansas Code § 10-3-314, including changing "litigation subcommittee" to "Litigation Reports Oversight Subcommittee."

Requires state agencies, boards, commissions, and institutions of higher education to file written reports within 30 days after a claim involving a contract or exceeding $10,000 is adjudicated by the Arkansas State Claims Commission.

Directs the Arkansas Lottery Commission to file its claim reports with the Arkansas Lottery Commission Legislative Oversight Committee instead of the standard Litigation Reports Oversight Subcommittee.

Clarifies that the bill does not repeal previous acts passed during the Eighty-Eighth General Assembly regular session, with conflicting prior acts maintaining effect as subsequent amendments.
